This piece of evidence shows the IB Learner Profile Characteristic caring because I was able to work with other people, showing empathy and compassion to the people that were struggling with the assignment. Additionally, I was able to help others and commit to service in order to have a positive impact in their lives.
I remember that at times I felt frustrated because I just wanted to get everything done. However, after a while the frustration was transformed into a desire to help and care for others. I also fest grateful because I got the chance to work and learn from and with others.
Throughout the entire process I learned that I really care for others and that I like helping people to become the greatest version of themselves.

The introduction of my Internal Assessment shows the characteristic of knowledgeable because I had to use conceptual understanding in order to create it. Moreover, using my knowledge, I had to explain the concepts that were used in the written report to make it clear for the reader.

The introduction represented a challenge because I had to present all the ideas that were covered in the essay and I didn't know how to start. Nevertheless, my knowledge in the area made it possible for me to organize my thoughts in order to create a clear and coherent introduction.

This particular evidence will help me in the future because I learned how to apply my knowledge and to communicate it in a clear way.

This piece of evidence represents the IB Learner Profile Characteristic of reflective because it made me think about the impact that I have on the planet just by taking a shower every single day.
Which feelings or memories do I remember while thinking about the evidence?
I remember that I felt disappointed about the amount of water that I used per week. The entire assignment made me reflect on my actions and the impact they have on the environment. After this, I was able to understand my strengths and weaknesses to discover new ways to improve.
How can this particular evidence help me in the future?
This particular evidence will help me to reflect about every action I take in the future. Additionally, it will allow for me to act more consciously everywhere I go in order to take care of the environment.
